We want your travel planning to feel flexible and convenient — especially during peak season when plans can change quickly. Our cancellation policy is designed to give you peace of mind while keeping things fair for everyone.
- Full refund up to 14 days before arrival
- 50% refund from 14 to 7 days before arrival
- No refund within 7 days of arrival
To help protect the property and ensure a high‑quality experience for every guest, we collect a $500 security deposit before your stay. It is refunded after check‑out and typically returns to your account within a few business days.
